The project is being developed by East Oceanside Development, a subsidiary of DAMAC International, with architecture by Zaha Hadid Architects and interiors by HBA Residential, the specialist residential arm of Hirsch Bedner Associates. ODP Architects serves as the architect of record.
North Development has announced House of Wellness Brickell, a 34-story condominium tower planned for 152 SW 9th Street in Brickell. The project marks the developer’s House of Wellness brand’s debut and is entering its pre-construction phase as sales begin. Architecture is led by Studio MC+G Architecture, with interior design by Urban Robot Associates. The building will be professionally operated and managed by North Management, with exclusive sales and marketing led by Fortune Development Sales.

Kempinski Group has unveiled Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, its first branded residential project in the United States. The two-tower development is planned for 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard at the gateway to the Miami Design District. The project is being developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Rockwell Group, landscape architecture by Enea, and sales led by ISG World. Completion is slated for the fourth quarter of 2029.
