WD Capital Group has arranged $101 million in construction financing for Visions Orlando Resort & Spa, a 70-acre master-planned resort community underway in Davenport, Florida. Designed by Concepto Taller de Arquitectura with interiors by CastillonVanHam, the project is being developed by Urban Network Capital Group and Vertical Developments at 7007 Osceola Polk Line Road, near the Osceola-Polk county line. The financing supports the continued buildout of the multi-phase resort residential development, which combines vacation residences, hospitality-oriented amenities, and retail.

An affordable housing developer has filed a pre-application that would expand on two residential communities in Miami-Dade County.

The nation’s tallest mural has been completed on Excel Miami, a 24-story residential tower at 1550 NE Miami Place in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Developed by Clearline Real Estate and built by Shawmut Design and Construction, the 427-unit rental project now features a four-panel installation by internationally known German artist MadC, the artistic name of Claudia Walde, with the largest portion rising 245 feet along the south elevation.
