Construction is underway on The Triangle, an eight-story mixed-use workforce housing development at 1750 NW 15th Street Road in Miami’s Health District. Developed by Miami-based DFRE under Florida’s Live Local Act, the $35 million project will span 121,636 square feet and yield 112 income-restricted rental residences. ODP Architects is responsible for the design.
Renderings have been revealed for WOMA, a mixed-use residential development planned for Wynwood Norte in Miami. Developed by Quito-based Uribe Schwarzkopf and designed by Dutch architecture practice MVRDV with Miami-based Kobi Karp serving as architect of record, the project will yield 163 residences along with office and retail space and marks Uribe Schwarzkopf’s first development in the United States.

Construction continues to advance at The Residences at 1428 Brickell, an 861-foot-tall residential skyscraper rising at 1428 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Developed by Ytech and designed by Arquitectonica, with interior architecture and design by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the 70-story tower will contain 195 condominium residences and more than 80,000 square feet of private amenity space. Coastal Construction is leading construction, with Capform handling concrete work, and completion is anticipated in late 2028.
