Exterior Work Nears Completion On 13495 Veterans Way In Lake Nona, Orlando

Construction is nearing completion on 13495 Veterans Way, a 5-story mixed-use building developed within the 100-acre Lake Nona Town Center master planned community in Lake Nona, Orlando. Designed by Washington, D.C.-based architecture firm CallisonRKTL and developed by the Tavistock Development Company, the building is comprised of 68,398 square feet of space including 63,540 square feet of boutique office spaces across the top four floors and nearly 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The glass-clad structure is located adjacent to Lake Nona’s Medical City, a globally-recognized cluster of health and life sciences institutions, and beside the Courtyard and Residence Inn duo-hotel by Marriot. Revuelta-Designed La Baia, Bay Harbour Islands Sells 65% Of Residences In 120 Days

In less than 120 days since launching sales, 65% of residential inventory have gone into contract at La Baia, Bay Harbor Islands, an 8-story luxury boutique bay front condominium development slated for construction at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive in the southeastern tip of Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Luis Revuelta of Revuelta Architecture International and developed by the Continuum Company, led by visionary New York developer Ian Bruce Eichner, the project is situated along the intracoastal waterway and will contain 68 luxurious residences with 20-boat slips and over 30,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. FAA Applications Filed For Two Towers At 1 Southside Park In Brickell, Miami

Applications have been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) seeking approvals for the construction of two towers at 1 Southside Park in Brickell, Miami. The buildings would rise 754-feet, or 766-feet above sea level, and 708-feet, or 720-feet above sea level, and would be located mainly along Southwest 2nd Avenue between Southwest 11th and 12th Streets near the western-most perimeters of the Brickell neighborhood. The project is being developed by New York City’s JDS Development Group and is designed by SHoP Architects, the duo behind Brooklyn’s first supertall – the 1,066-foot-tall The Brooklyn Tower, and the world’s most slender supertall skyscraper, the 1,428-foot-tall 111 West 57th Street. 1 Southside Park is projected to yield nearly 1,200 residential units, approximately 200,000 square feet of Class-A office space, 23,312 square feet of restaurant space, 1,417 square feet for a fast-food restaurant, a 189-room Treehouse Hotel operated by SH Hotels & Resorts, a 32,000-square-foot fire house and 1,000 parking spaces.
