Plans Filed For 200-Unit Multifamily Development At 1830-1844 Jackson Street In Hollywood

Plans have been filed for Jackson Street Apartments, a 13-story apartment building proposed for 1830 – 1844 Jackson Street in Hollywood. Designed by Joseph B. Kaller of Kaller Architecture with Gabriela Fojt of The Mirror of Paradise as the landscape architect and developed by Menachem Trietel of Brooklyn-based Capitall Group in partnership with Isaac Khabie of ARK Ventures under the Fifty Street Investments LLC, the 140-foot-tall structure would yield a floor area of 148,366 square feet, which would include 200 rental apartments, approximately 1,384 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 236 parking spaces. Hollywood’s Planning and Development Board is scheduled to review the plans on May 14.

Located at the mouth of the Miami River, this milestone was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the Coto family, Aston Martin executives, Buenos Aires-based architect Rodolfo Miani from Bodas Miani Anger, leaders from Cervera Real Estate, and Miami Mayor Francis Suarez. The event marked the culmination of nearly a decade of development, with the tower now officially open and housing 391 condominiums. Projections suggest a sellout value exceeding $1 billion.

Updated renderings have been revealed via a warrant and waiver application for a proposed 10-story hotel at 160 Northwest 28th Street in Wynwood, Miami. Designed by MKDA and developed by a joint venture between Robert Finvarb Companies and Hidrock Realty, the 121-foot-tall structure would yield a total floor area of 74,498 square feet. This includes 38,096 square feet of net hotel space with 116 rooms, 5,908 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, including the lobby, 2,225 square feet of retail space, and 31 parking spaces. The Wynwood Design Review Committee is scheduled to review the application on May 7.

Developer Seeks Design Review Approval For 4-Story Commercial Building At 1901 Alton Road In Miami Beach

Crescent Heights, under the 1901 Alton Property LLC, and Wells Fargo Bank, the property owner, have submitted an application for Design Review Approval for a new 4-story commercial building at 1901 Alton Road in the Bayshore neighborhood of Miami Beach. The proposed 54-foot-tall structure, designed by Studio MC+G Architecture with facade architecture by Oppenheim Architecture, is set to offer 200,774 gross square feet of construction. It includes 53,391 square feet of floor area for retail and services, with 34,099 square feet allocated to a new Whole Foods supermarket and 3,995 square feet for a Wells Fargo Bank. An integrated parking garage within the building will provide space for 271 vehicles. The Miami Beach Design Review Board is scheduled to review the project on June 4.

‘Elan Palm Reserve’ Ends Construction at 4350 Peregrine Way, Lake Worth, FL

Designed by Eduardo Souta de Moura with Zyscovich Architects serving as the executive architect, and developed by Sumaida + Khurana in partnership with property owners Roslyn and Norton Nesis and Robert and Miriam Weiss of Weiss Properties, the approximate 80-foot-tall structure is planned to yield roughly 101,424 square feet in total size of gross new construction area with a F.A.R. of 65,274 square feet, including 43,797 square feet of office space, 7,142 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, 7,204 square feet dedicated to a ground floor restaurant, and 105 parking spaces. The Miami Beach Design Review Board is set to review the application on June 6.

‘Junction Townhomes’ to Seek Approval for 3601 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL
