A site once approved for a two-story boat dealership could be transformed into a mixed-use development.

Tulip Developments Group has received city approval for its 47-story residential tower planned in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The project, located at 3350 Biscayne Boulevard and 234-264 NE 34th Street, will bring 499 rental units to the market, including a significant workforce housing component under Florida’s Live Local Act.

Grover Corlew has secured two new leases at 600 Hillsboro in Deerfield Beach, bringing occupancy at the Hillsboro Center office campus to 90 percent. Vertical construction has officially topped off at Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, a 56-story condominium tower rising at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Arts and Cultural District. Developed by Related Group and Alta Developers, the milestone was celebrated with a topping off ceremony on July 9, 2025. The tower now approaches its final form, with more than 90 percent of its 319 units already under contract. Completion is expected by summer 2026.
