Developers have proposed Soleste La Piazza, a mixed-use tower located near Young Circle in Hollywood, FL. The venture could replace a 21-unit mixed-use complex that was constructed in 2000.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has given the green light for a significant mixed-use development project at 700 North Miami Avenue at Miami Worldcenter, the former site of the Miami Arena, and canceled Marriott Marquis Miami Worldcenter Hotel & Expo Center. Designed by Kobi Karp Architects with Kimley-Horn as the traffic engineer and developed by an affiliate of New York-based Witkoff Group and Chicago-based Monroe Capital, the development is planned to yield nearly 3.4 million square feet of space across three towers spanning as many as 57 stories.
Bainbridge Ponte Vedra Apartments – Nocatee could start undergoing construction in April 2023. Sources note that the residential complex will comprise 12 apartment buildings, offering one- to three-bedroom homes.
Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) has announced the closure of a $26.7 million construction loan for its Visions Orlando community Phase I & II. The development is located at 7007 Osceola Polk Line Rd. in Davenport, FL, just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. LV Lending, a private lender focused on bridge loans for commercial and residential investment properties and developments, provided the financing for the project. Camilo Niño, Ricardo Uribe, and Alen Hernandez of LV Lending arranged the loan.
Bloch Naranja Estates could soon call Miami-Dade County home. Estimated to cost more than $75 million to complete, the residential development could comprise 197 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
