Final Design And Floor Plans Unveiled For 31-Story ‘AER In The District’ At 300 W Tyler Street in Tampa

At last, the final designs and floor plans have been unveiled for Tampa’s upcoming 31-story AER In The District mixed-use tower planned for the city’s northwest section of the Downtown area. Designed by Miami-based Cube 3 for developer American Land Ventures, it is now confirmed that the superstructure will rise 346-feet to the parapet wall, towering over Downtown Tampa and the Hillsborough River. Addressed as 300 West Tyler Street, development plans call for the construction of 334 residential units paired with amenities, 11,629 square feet of ground floor retail, and 514 parking spaces.

FECI Lists 816-Unit Transit-Oriented ParkLine Miami Luxury Apartment Towers For $500 Million

Developer Florida East Coast Industries, the powerhouse behind the 9-acre MiamiCentral mixed-use complex, has listed the ParkLine Miami for $500 Million. Addressed as 100 and 400 Northwest 1st Avenue, the pair of iconic towers rise 44 (North Tower) and 47 stories (South Tower) and are comprised of 816-luxury residential units. Designed by Coral Gables-based NBWW Architects, the two ParkLine towers are part of a greater master-plan adjacent to 2 and 3 MiamiCentral, 285,000 SF of Class A office towers, and over 160,000 SF of retail. ParkLine Miami is the largest, single multifamily asset in the Southeastern US to be listed for sale to date.

Burgos Lanza-Designed 32-Story Metro Edgewater Goes Vertical Next To The Paraiso Bay Complex

Vertical progress is now underway for Metro Edgewater, a 32-story mixed-use tower under construction in what is referred to as the Paraiso District of Edgewater in Miami. Formely known as Paraiso Place, the building is designed by Pablo Burgos of Burgos Lanza & Associates with JFS Design as the landscape architect. The property is addressed as 452 Northeast 31st Street according to city records, and is planned to give rise to a 373-foot-tall structure yielding 520,638 square feet of new real estate. The developer is Carlos Ortiz listed as Metro Edgewater LLC, a subsidiary of Prodesa International LLC.
