The Federal Aviation Administration has granted approvals for the assemblage and use of a 297-foot-tall tower crane at 1765 North Miami Avenue, the address for the upcoming Wynwood Haus, a 20-story, 222-foot-tall mixed-use tower set to rise on the northeastern corner of N. Miami Ave. and NE 17th Terrace in Wynwood, Miami. The tower is designed by Corwil Architects with landscaping curated by Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design, and developed by TSG Group and Lineaire Group. The tower is expected to yield 224 residences with approximately 5,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 222 parking spaces.

Design And Site Plan Unveiled For 29-Unit Residential Development At 2323 Washington Street In Hollywood, Florida

Key Platinum Properties is planning to bring a relatively large new residential development to the City of Hollywood, Florida. In a recent application to the city’s Planning Division, the developer  – applying via a subsidiary known as Infinity R.E. Investments II LLC – proposed the development of a 29-unit residential building going by the name of Washington Apartments for 2323 Washington Street in the Highland Gardens neighborhood. The filing documents indicate that Hollywood-based Kaller Architecture is the design architect for the project, which should rise 4-stories and yield 37,041 square feet of space.

BTI Partners’ Twin 35-Story Towers Receive FAA Approval To Rise 416-Feet In Hollywood, Florida

Fort Lauderdale-based developer BTI Partners can now move forward with Hollywood Young Circle, two twin 35-story mixed-use towers proposed for 1701 East Young Circle in Hollywood, Florida. The Federal Aviation Administration has cleared the way for the project to rise 416-feet above sea level as of July 6, 2021 and deems the structures structure would have no substantial adverse effect on the safe and efficient utilization of the navigable airspace by aircraft or on the operation of air navigation facilities. The towers will feature designs from Zyscovich Architects, yielding a combined 1,906,796 square feet including 802 residential units, 112,297 square feet of retail space, and 72,054 square feet of office space.
