Plans have been submitted to the Department of Sustainable Development – Urban Design & Planning seeking approval for the construction of Esmonda Townhomes in the Croissant Park neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Addressed as 843-849 Southwest 14th Court, the site sits on the northeastern corner of SW 9th Ave. and SW 14th Ct., and currently is occupied by 2 single-story homes built in 1970 yielding 4 units in total. The new proposal looks to develop 8 two-story townhomes in a cluster development occupying 2 lots grossing 25,807 square feet in total site area. East Coast Realty is the owner of the applications under the 777 Townhomes, LLC.

The Development Review Committee of Fort Lauderdale is currently reviewing a proposal for the development of a multi-story mixed-use building named AVIVA On The River in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The 0.80 acre property is located at 501 Southeast 6th Avenue in the scenic Rio Vista neighborhood in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, just west of the Tarpon River Tunnel entrance from South Federal Highway. The owner of the application is Edgewater House Condominium Association Inc., an affiliate of prolific Fort Lauderdale developer Ocean Land Investments Inc. Idea Architect is responsible for the design.

Plans have been submitted for 317 North Federal Highway, a pair of rental skyscrapers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Located between Northeast 3rd and Northeast 4th Streets across from The Dalmar Fort Lauderdale, the two towers are expected to rise approximately 498 feet tall and 45 stories, and 453 feet tall and 42 stories. The current site is occupied by an active Greyhound Bus station. Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, Inc. is the architect behind the design of the towers. Merrimac Ventures is the owner of the application.
