Kolter Urban’s 55-Story ‘One Tampa’ To Become Tampa’s Tallest Building At 630-Feet.

Renderings have surfaced of Tampa’s next tallest building, the approximately 630-foot-tall One Tampa. The mixed-use project is being developed by Kolter Urban (Kolter) and would span 55-stories above Downtown Tampa, comprising 311 condominium units as well as ground floor commercial spaces. One Tampa would surpass the city’s current tallest building, the 579-foot-tall 100 North Tampa, and would become the first building to breach the 600-foot mark on Florida’s west coast.

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) has received proposals for Motorsport Tower, a 13-story office building set to be developed on Parcel 8 of the emerging 17.75-acre Magic City Innovation District in Little Haiti. The 1.51-acre property is located near the southern boundary of the Little Haiti District along Northeast 4th Avenue and between Northeast 60th Street to the north and Northeast 59th Terrace to the south. Designed by Miami-based DB Lewis Architect-Thresholds Intl. and developed by Imperial Capital Group, LLC, an affiliate of Motorsport Network led by Mike Zoi, the development proposes 544,294 square feet of new construction including 206,352 square feet of office space, 79,676 square feet of commercial space, 390 parking spaces and 24 bicycle spaces.

A new rendering has surfaced of Legacy Hotel & Residences, a 51-story mixed-use building officially underway at 930 Northeast 1st Avenue within the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design Inc. with interiors by ID & Design International and developed by Royal Palm Companies, the near 1-million-square-foot structure is planned rise 690-feet and include 310 residences and 219 hotel rooms, 37,227 square feet of commercial space, 55,088 square feet of office space, over 140,000 square feet of wellness space, 482 parking spaces and 30 bicycle spaces. Moss & Associates LLC is listed as the general contractor.

Strategic Property Partners (SPP) has unveiled the resort-style amenities at Asher, a new 22-story apartment tower at 1050 Water Street in Water Street Tampa, the 56-acre neighborhood transforming Downtown Tampa. Designed inside and out by renown architecture firm Morris Adjmi Architects, the 490-unit building offers a nod to Tampa’s industrial history with oversized divided-light windows that maximize natural light. Barrington Brothers, managed by Arthur and Ken Barrington, have begun construction on The Kavista, a 8-story residential development at 495 Northeast 83rd Street in the historic Village of El Portal, located between Miami Shores and Little River in Miami-Dade County. Designed both on the exterior and interior by Modis Architects with Nielsen Landscape Architects handling landscape architecture, the $60 million development will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and ground floor live-work units ranging from 559 to 1,133 square feet. Demolition Permits Issued To Make Way For 44-Story LOFTY Brickell At 99 SW 7th Street In Miami

Full demolition permits have been issued by the City of Miami for the removal of a 20,000-square-foot structure located at 99 Southwest 7th Street, at the intersection with Southwest 1st Street and South Miami Avenue in Brickell. The property, which spans just over 70,000 square feet, sits on the southern riverbank of the Miami River with over 100-feet of water frontage and will soon undergo preparations for the development of LOFTY Brickell, a 44-story residential building designed by Arquitectonica with landscape architecture by Urban Robot Associates for Newgard Development Group (Newgard). The project is planned to comprise 364 fully-finished and furnished residences with curated interiors by INC and 40,000 square feet of amenities, licensed for sharing and short-term rentals, estimated to rise 481-feet.
