Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design Inc., the mixed-use tower is expected to rise approximately 659-feet into the Miami skyline across 50 floors. According to the permit filing, the site is addressed as 930 Northeast 1st Avenue, sitting diagonally across from Paramount Miami Worldcenter.
Dan-Rico Properties, LLC is one step closer toward building Citrus Pointe, a housing development that is expected to have 16 multi-family units. The proposed complex will be located at 14200 Henderson Street, which is located in unincorporated Miami-Dade County.
