A new 7-story mixed use development titled Alexan Crafts may be coming to the Crafts District in the City of Coral Gables. Addressed as 330 Catalonia Avenue, the project could yield up to 306,936 square feet of space on 2.11 acres of land. Designed by Corwil Architects and developed by Trammel Crow Residential, a subsidiary of Crow Holdings, the structure is expected to rise to 77-feet in height, yielding 263 residential units, 22 live-work units, 364 parking spaces and 29,450 square feet of open space.

Enter Una Residences; a 613-foot-tall, 47-story luxury condo tower set to rise on a 47,248 -square-foot plot of land and 150-feet of frontage along Miami’s Biscayne Bay. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the world-renown design firm behind record breaking towers such as Central Park Tower in New York City and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and developed by Miami’s OKO Group with London-based Cain International, the development is addressed as 175 Southeast 25th Road and located near the southern perimeters of the Brickell neighborhood.

Updated site plans have been submitted to North Miami Beach’s Planning and Zoning Board seeking for the approval to construct an 8-story, 621,613-square-foot mixed-use consisting of 375 dwelling units, 17,000 square feet of commercial retail space, and 573 parking spaces.
