Ashley & Hogan Street Apartments (this is not the development’s official name) will cost anywhere from $40 million to $45 million to complete. Construction will begin either in the fourth quarter of 2022 or first quarter of 2023.
Tampa-based DDA Development, led by Bowen Arnold and John Schilling, is moving ahead with their plans to construct The Nolen, a 23-story residential condominium tower planned to rise at 126 4th Street Northeast in Downtown St. Petersburg. Designed by PLACE Architecture with Melissa Kelly Design Studio handling interiors, the building would rise 228-feet into the city’s skyline, eventually taking the spot of eleventh tallest structure in St. Pete’s. The Nolen is projected to yield 31 luxury condo units, a three-story parking garage fi for 62 vehicles and 1,260 square feet of ground floor retail.
Springfield Crossing is nearing completion in Bay County, FL. The complex includes three multi-level apartment buildings that will provide about 60 affordable housing units and comprise over 75,000 square feet of new construction.
A new application has been filed with the Design Review Committee of Miami Beach for a four-story residential townhome development at 7300 Trouville Esplanade. Designed by Jose A. Gaviria of Gaviria Architects for property owner Pampa Sunbelt 1 LLC, the project is located on Normandy Isles in North Beach, along the waterway shared with Normandy Shores. Plans call for the demolition of a single-story home and the construction of 5 luxury units rising approximately 50-feet on a 10,524-square-foot interior lot bound by Calais Drive to the south. The five townomes are projected to yield a combined 13,069 square feet of residential space.
AC Marriott is a $25 million venture that began construction back in March 2020. The eight-story hotel will comprise over 182,000 square feet of new construction and offer more than 140 units.
