New Exterior Renderings Surface For 63-Story Bentley Residences In Sunny Isles Beach

Dezer Development (Dezer) has released new exterior renderings for Bentley Residences, an upcoming 63-story residential development slated to become the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach and the tallest on a beachfront in the United States. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved the tower to rise 749 feet above sea level. It is planned to yield 216 units paired with an extensive amenity offering and a car elevator designed to take residents to their doorstep while seated inside their cars. YIMBY first reported on the project in April 2021, when Dezer announced the collaboration with Bentley Motors to replace the Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort at 18401 Collins Avenue.

Construction has commenced on a new warehouse and distribution center at 1939 7th Avenue in Lake Worth, Florida, developed through the collaborative efforts of Woodmont Industrial Partners (Woodmont) and Butters Construction & Development (Butters). This state-of-the-art facility offers 75,989 square feet of space and boasts Class A status. The project is the second to begin construction as part of the six collaborative projects that Butters and Woodmont have initiated within the last two years. The partnership is concurrently constructing a 250,000-square-foot facility in Jupiter, Florida, demonstrating its commitment to expanding its construction portfolio.

The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) granted the certification to Thousand & One for its effective adoption of design and policies that prioritize wellness, earning it the distinction of being the first building in Tampa to achieve WELL Gold certification.
