Padel Broward LLC, managed by Arvinder Bajaj of AB Diversified of Plantation, Vicki Tofte and Vilic Novovic of Coral Springs, purchased the property for $5.5 million in 2023. The site is located near the Coral Ridge Country Club. Delray Beach-based HNM Architecture and Sarah Owen DelNegri of Flynn Engineering in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea are the architect and engineer for the project, respectively.
