Construction has topped out on 2900 Terrace, a 32-story residential tower at 401 NE 29th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Developed by Oak Row Equities and LNDMRK Development and designed by Arquitectonica, the 362-foot-tall structure is planned to yield 324 rental units, 15,536 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and parking for 504 vehicles. Coastal Construction is serving as general contractor.
A senior housing development has topped out in Palm Beach County. Florida YIMBY initially covered the project earlier in February.
Revised plans have been filed for Nine Hundred, a 23-story mixed-use development proposed at 900 South Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach. The latest iteration calls for 540 residential units, approximately 6,000 square feet of commercial space, and 638 parking spaces, with the structure rising approximately 258 feet. Northlink Capital is developing the project, with Idea Architects responsible for the design.
