Developers are looking to further reshape Miami’s skyline with plans for another high-rise in the city’s burgeoning Edgewater neighborhood. OKO Group, the Miami-based development firm established by international real estate mogul Vladislav Doronin, and its partner, Cain International, have filed with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to construct a 649-foot tower at the end of 27th Stree, near their 57-story Missoni Baia condominium tower nearing completion.
