Vertical construction continues to progress at the site of Pendry Tampa and Pendry Residences Tampa, a 38-story mixed-use tower along the Tampa Riverwalk at the corner of Ashley Drive South and East Whiting Street. Designed by Arquitectónica and developed by Two Roads Development, the project is steadily climbing as the reinforced concrete superstructure rises through its podium levels. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor.
Three developers are moving forward with the multi-million-dollar redevelopment of The Quay on 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale. The new venture, dubbed “The Quay,” is planned to rise 33 stories above grade and comprise both residential and commercial aspects.
