An affiliate of Redwood Dev Co wants to proceed with a workforce/affordable housing venture in Miami-Dade County.

The Tampa Bay Rays, City of Tampa, and Hillsborough County have reached an agreement on definitive documents for a proposed $2.361 billion ballpark and surrounding mixed-use district at Hillsborough College’s Dale Mabry campus in Tampa. The agreement remains subject to votes by Tampa City Council and the Hillsborough County Commission and follows a non-binding memorandum of understanding approved in May. AECOM Hunt and Turner Construction have been selected to oversee construction of the new stadium.

A student housing project is unfolding near the University of Central Florida.

Hedrick Brothers Construction has broken ground on a multi-year campus improvement program at The Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach. Selected as Construction Manager at Risk, the firm will oversee a phased series of renovations and new construction across the private club campus, with preconstruction and site activities having commenced on August 4, 2026.

The St. Petersburg Development Review Commission intends to review plans for a mixed-use high-rise tower on September 2nd. If approved, the venture would replace a commercial building that hosts a kidney dialysis center.
