What’s being billed as the first manmade lagoon in Manatee County is nearing completion. The four-acre endeavor is part of the larger Seaire development, a mixed-use project Florida YIMBY covered in 2024.
A major construction milestone has been reached at One Brickell Riverfront as architectural crowns have been installed atop LOFTY Brickell and The Standard Residences, Brickell in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Developed by Newgard Group and Two Roads Development and designed by Arquitectonica, the pair of residential towers now stand at their full architectural heights along the Miami River at 99 SW Seventh Street, immediately northwest of Brickell City Centre.
Two developers have started construction on a high-end boutique condominium in Miami’s Ojus neighborhood. The mid-rise building will join a handful of other luxury ventures that offer condos starting under $1 million.
Developers Related Group and BH Group have broken ground on Icon Beach Waterfront Residences, a 38-story waterfront condominium tower in Hollywood. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 18 for the project,which will yield 350 residential units between Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The development recently secured a $360 million construction loan from Tyko Capital and is slated for completion in 2028.
A small piece of land that traded hands for $10 is slated to become affordable housing in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The 0.16-acre site has an estimated market value of $3.45 million.
