Construction is continuing on HostDime Data Center’s new headquarters in Eatonville, Florida. The $25 million project broke ground in early 2021, with Robins & Morton Group operating as the general contractor. Upon completion, the seven-story building requires about 95,000 square feet of new construction.
Developer Multiplan REAM and exclusive sales and marketing agent The Carmenate/Duchon Team at The Corcoran Group, have announced the $32 million sell-out of Ocean Park, a 4-story luxury boutique condominium under construction at 312 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach’s coveted South of Fifth neighborhood. Situated directly across from Marjory Stoneman Douglas Oceanfront Park, the building yields 10 residences offering the ultimate South Florida lifestyle. Walls of glass will provide views of the park and the Atlantic, and new residents will enjoy generous private outdoor living spaces along with tranquil common areas.
RD Town Plantation is unfolding in Fort Myers, Florida, per the South Florida Water Management District. The venture will offer at least 84 residential units. Plans show 56 two-bedroom units and 28 three-bedroom units.
Construction is nearing the final floors on phase one of Society Orlando, a two-towered mixed-use development of 26 and 16 stories at 434 North Orange Avenue in the Central Business District of Downtown Orlando. The project is designed by Orlando’s very own Baker Barrios and is being developed by national real estate developer Property Markets Group (PMG) alongside New York City-based investment firm Raven Capital Management. John Moriarty & Associates is managing the development’s construction, which will ultimately yield 707 residential units between both towers and 36,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The first phase of construction is comprised of the taller, approximately 350-foot-tall tower rising along West Livingston Street with 462 units.
Thanks to a generous donation from philanthropists Toby and Leon Cooperman, Boca Raton Regional Hospital will soon be home to the “Toby and Leon Cooperman Medical Arts Pavilion.” The venture broke ground in April 2021, per Boca Voice.
