Sales Launch For The 8-Story Boutique ‘La Baia’ Bayfront Condominium In Bay Harbor Islands

Sales have launched for La Baia, an 8-story luxury boutique bayfront condominium development slated to rise at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive in the southeastern tip of Bay Harbor Islands. Designed by Miami’s award-winning Revuelta Architecture International and developed by the Continuum Company – led by New York City visionary Ian Bruce Eichner, the glass and stucco-clad structure will improve over 44,000 square feet of vacant land facing Indian Creek and across from the town of Surfside. The development is planned to feature 68 luxurious residences with 20-boat slips and more than 30,000 sq. ft. of resort-style amenities.

23-Story ‘The Nolen’ Condominium Tower Set To Break Ground Early 2022 In St. Petersburg

Tampa-based DDA Development, led by Bowen Arnold and John Schilling, is moving ahead with their plans to construct The Nolen, a 23-story residential condominium tower planned to rise at 126 4th Street Northeast in Downtown St. Petersburg. Designed by PLACE Architecture with Melissa Kelly Design Studio handling interiors, the building would rise 228-feet into the city’s skyline, eventually taking the spot of eleventh tallest structure in St. Pete’s. The Nolen is projected to yield 31 luxury condo units, a three-story parking garage fi for 62 vehicles and 1,260 square feet of ground floor retail.
