222 (Namdar Towers), a two-towered 43-story mixed-use development planned for a 1.26-acre site at 222 Northeast 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami, is progressing through the construction permitting stage. Designed by Behar Font & Partners with De Los Reyes Engineering, Inc. as the structural engineer and developed by Great Neck, NY-based Namdar Group, the 448-foot-tall structures will have a combined 1,320,144 square feet of space, including 1,394 residential units, 7,984 square feet of ground floor commercial space, a parking garage for 336 vehicles, and racks for 1,394 bicycles. Witkin Hults + Partners is the landscape architect, TWR Engineers is the MEP engineer, and Grāef is the civil engineer. John Moriarty & Associates is listed as the general contractor.

Exterior work is progressing on URBAN22, a 15-story, twin-towered mixed-use development under construction at 2200 Northeast 2nd Avenue in Edgewater, Miami. Designed by G3aec (G3 Design Build LLC) and developed by Melo Group, the project will yield approximately 708,119 square feet of space, including 441 luxury rental apartments, 7,168 square feet of retail space, 5,692 square feet of office space, and 529 parking spaces. The 176-foot-tall towers topped off in August and are located between Northeast 22nd and 23rd Streets, near the border with Wynwood and the Arts & Entertainment District. Melo Group’s in-house construction firm is serving as the general contractor.
Clearwater, one of Florida’s most coveted places to live, will soon be home to a new affordable housing development. The venture’s located on a 2.35-acre build site. The community will comprise a four-story building with 81 apartments.
