Applications have been filed for the development of two 164,435-square-foot logistics and distribution warehouse buildings in the Tamiami municipality of Miami-Dade County. Located east of the intersection of Northwest 13th Street and Northwest 129th Avenue, the interior lot sits just north of the Dolphin Expressway and across the street from an existing logistics center. Prologis 2, LP and Miami-Dade Expressway Authority are listed as the owners of the application, represented by Tracey Slavens of Holland & Knight LLP.
Miramar Self-Storage is coming soon to Broward County, FL. As of April 6, 2021, construction began on the three-story building located at in Miramar. The new building will be located on 2.10 acres of land and will hopefully be done either in quarter four of this year or sometime in 2022.
Construction continues to make progress on Aston Martin Residences, a 816-foot-tall, 66-story luxury residential skyscraper in Downtown Miami. Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, and rising on the northern mouth of the Miami River, the building is designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados and Revuelta Architecture International, and developed by G&G Business Developments in collaboration with Aston Martin. The development will yield 391 residential units, and is on track to soon become the city’s second tallest building.
