Plans are underway for the Museum of Science & History Genesis Project (MOSH), a $85 million museum in Jacksonville, Florida. The project will provide 130,000 square feet of exhibition space, as well as a new planetarium.
National real estate developer Property Markets Group (PMG) and Sarasota-based JEBCO Ventures, are pleased to announce One Park Sarasota, an 18-story luxury residential development located in Downtown Sarasota on the southeast corner of Boulevard of the Arts and North Tamiami Trail, has achieved the milestone of $150 million in sales in just 30 days. The project, designed by Sarasota-based firm Hoyt Architects, has achieved extraordinary sales volume in this timeframe, marking an unseen pace in Sarasota’s real estate market. Coldwell Banker Realty is the sales team for One Park Sarasota, with Matthew Day, Chelsa Vahtomin and Robert Robinson exclusively representing sales.
Port St. Lucie will soon be home to Mason Port St. Lucie, a planned housing development that will offer more than 250 residences. Per Rebusiness Online, the venture will offer one-bedroom to three-bedroom at-market homes.
Miami-based real estate developer Atlantic Pacific Communities seeks site plan approvals from Miami-Dade County planners for Block 45, a transit-oriented 36-story mixed-use building planned for 152 Northwest 8th Street in Miami’s Overtown District. The project attained approvals from the City of Miami back in March 2020, but under the County’s Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre Station Subzone regulations, a Pre-Application Meeting and Administrative Site Plan Review of the project is required. The building is designed by Coral Gables-based Corwil Architects with landscaping by Fort Lauderdale-based Architectural Alliance Landscape, and is proposed to include 616 residential units, 24,865 square feet of retail and 605 parking spaces. The application was filed on February 21, 2022.
Atex Group has a $34 million mixed-use project in the works. The venture will offer commercial amenities and residential units in a six-story building. The South Florida Business Journal notes that developers acquired the 1.14-acre build site for $750,000 in November 2021
