Miami-based real estate developer Related Group (Related), has broken ground on Tower II of the anticipated condominium, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa (The Residences). Located along Tampa Bay’s scenic Bayshore Drive, The Residences represents the entry of the esteemed Ritz-Carlton brand into the Bay Area. The project features architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors designed by Meyer Davis.

The New York-based real estate development firm Lefferts has secured approval from Miami Beach’s Design Review Board for 72B, a 20-story luxury condominium project. Planned for 600 72nd Street, just south of Surfside, the project, tentatively named 72B, is part of the firm’s initiative to contribute to the Miami Beach neighborhood. It will feature commercial spaces on the ground floor and has been designed by Arquitectonica. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been assigned exclusive sales and marketing for the project.
Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has given the green light to a 38-story mixed-used venture. 2900 Terrace will comprise 324 luxury housing units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans.
The Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban has announced plans for The Island at West Bay Club, a 24-story tower located at 22050 South Tamiami Trail in Estero, Florida, within the West Bay Club community on Florida’s Paradise Coast. Designed by Garcia Stromberg Architects, this tower will feature 86 residences, each offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and West Bay Club’s championship golf course. In addition, the development will include a variety of signature resort-style amenities designed to provide world-class living within the comforts of a close-knit community. Suffolk Construction is the general contractor, and Compass Realty handles sales and marketing.
