Construction continues on Bezel at Miami Worldcenter, a 43-story, 434-unit luxury residential tower in Downtown Miami. Designed by Stantec and developed by the Moinian Group in collaboration with ZOM Living, the 493-foot-tall structure is addressed as 650 Northeast 2nd Avenue, standing on the southwest corner of what once was Northeast 7th Street, diagonally across the street from the Freedom Tower at Miami-Dade College.

The Design Review Board of Miami Beach will be reviewing applications received for the redesign of 940 71st Street, a single-story commercial building in the Normandy Isles neighborhood. Bounded by Rue Vendome to the west, 71st Street to the north and Beatriz Court to the south, the submitted plans call for the renovation of a 3,747-square foot space, that for many years operated as a restaurant, but has recently remained closed. Jerika Properties is the owner of the site and application for the redesign.

Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC, a company owned by the Galbut Family, the development will yield 932,859 square feet a mix of residential, office, hotel and commercial spaces. Located just south of the Miami Worldcenter development, the site is bounded by Northeast 1st Avenue to the west, Northeast 6th Street to the south, Northeast 2nd Avenue to the east and Bezel at Miami Worldcenter to the north.

Applications have been submitted to the Design Review Board of Miami Beach for the proposal of a new 13-story residential tower at Flamingo Point in South Beach, Miami Beach. Located just north of 1508 Bay Road and along the waterfront, the building would rise on the northern end of the apartment complex, adjacent to an existing parking garage and Biscayne Bay to the east.
