Westpine Partners Files FAA Permits And Requests Administrative Site Plan Review For 42-Story Mixed-Use Project In Brickell

New York-based Westpine Partners has applied for building permits with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and has requested an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) with Miami-Dade County planners for Westpine, a 42-story mixed-use project located at 180 Southwest 9th Street on the western side of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The FAA filing shows the developer seeks permission to build a 499-foot-tall structure. The application for ASPR indicates the building would comprise 327,837 square feet of space, including 328 residential units, a ground-floor retail space of roughly 1,155 square feet, approximately 13,850 square feet of open space, and 300 parking spots, all in compliance with the development standards of the Rapid Transit Zone in the Metromover Subzone. Developer Lands $26 Million Loan To Begin Construction On Phase 1 Of Residential Project In Bay Harbor Islands

Clara Homes, a Miami-based real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial development, custom single-family homes, and operations oversight, has announced closing a $26 million construction loan financed by Maxim Capital for Clara Bay Harbor. This three-building residential development, designed by S & E Architects, Inc. with Langan Engineering & Environmental Services as the civil engineer, will feature 150 residences and amenities. Clara Bay Harbor’s first building is slated to break ground this March, with completion anticipated for Spring/Summer 2024, and the entire master plan is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) is reviewing a proposal for an 8-story mixed-use building at 1400 Northwest 17th Avenue in the city’s Allapattah neighborhood. Designed by Zyscovich Architects and developed by Miami River District Property, LLC, an entity linked to New York-based real estate investment company Stonecutter Capital Management LLC, the structure would yield 363,663 square feet, including 249 residential units, 8,753 square feet of retail space, and a 425-car parking garage. Savino-Miller Design Studio is the landscape architect, and David Plummer & Associates is the traffic consultant.
