Developer Kolter Urban has secured $240M in construction financing for Selene Oceanfront Residences, a two-towered, 26-story residential development located at 151 North Seabreeze Drive in Central Beach, Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Kobi Karp Architects with interiors by ID & Design International, the development will comprise 194 exceptionally spacious two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,400 to 3,200 square feet with a limited collection of penthouses. Wells Fargo Bank, an administrative agent for a group of lenders, provided the loan for the property, which is set to become the tallest residential development on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Coastal Construction is the general contractor.
Integral Group hopes to move forward with Yaeger Plaza, a mixed-use venture in Liberty City, Florida. The $50.9 million venture will rest on a 1.29-acre build site, with some sources suggesting that construction could start in June 2023.
