Hedrick Brothers Development has officially broken ground on Baldwin East Apartments, a new 363-unit luxury multifamily community rising at 6730 Hanging Moss Road in East Orlando. Spanning 17 acres, the four-story garden-style development will deliver a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences with a full suite of resort-style amenities and eco-conscious features.

Esplanade at Aventura, the recently completed open-air retail and lifestyle center in northeast Miami-Dade, is continuing its expansion with the announcement of 17 new tenants.
