Broward County’s getting a new affordable housing development for seniors. Boulevard Gardens will comprise a six-story and three-story building, offering a total of 92 residences.
Permits have been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration for Edge House Miami, a 55-story tower planned at 1825 Northeast 4th Avenue in Edgewater, Miami. The June 6 filing indicates the tower will rise 637 feet above ground, or 641 feet above sea level. This development, designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and developed by Peru-based Grupo T&C, will be a significant new addition to Miami’s skyline.
Veteran-led CC Homes has proposed Hanson Homes, a single-family housing development in Cooper City. The complex would comprise 38 houses on lots spanning 8,700 to 10,370 square feet. The residences themselves would measure 2,312 to 3,957 square feet.
The Horizon Group has broken ground on 9900 West, a residential development at 9900 West Bay Harbor Drive along the Indian Creek waterway in Bay Harbor Islands. This 8-story boutique condominium, designed by Frankel Benayoun Architects, aims to provide waterfront living with private boat slips. The development will offer 23 fully finished residences, including expansive two- to four-bedroom homes with additional den/home office spaces.
Two buildings comprising 120 units have opened at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk in Kissimmee. The project offers a unique hotel concept where investors can “become mini franchisees” of the Embassy Suites brand.
