Interior renderings have been unveiled for The Residences at Pier Sixty-Six, a new collection of residential buildings located at 2301 Southeast 17th Street, forming a part of the expansive 32-acre Pier Sixty-Six Marina Promenade in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by GarciaStromberg and developed by Tavistock Development Company, a division of Orlando-based The Tavistock Group, the residential phase consists of 93 units. It includes two 11-story condominium towers, each housing 31 units ranging from 2,600 to 2,700 square feet, and two 4-story villa residential buildings with an additional 31 units ranging from 1,600 to 3,800 square feet. A Site Plan Level III application has been submitted for De Parc, a 14-story mixed-use development project located at 901 East Sunrise Boulevard within the Lake Ridge neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. The nearly 149-foot-tall project is designed by Built Form Architecture, with YH Consulting Engineering as the structural engineer, and developed by Urbano Co, led by Fort Lauderdale-based investor Felipe Yalale. The proposed development covers 2.29 gross acres (or 1.68 net acres) and is set to include 274 multi-family units comprising 141 studios, 85 one-bedroom units, and 48 two-bedroom units. Additionally, the project will feature 5,235 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a 4-story parking garage providing 369 spaces. SLS Consulting is listed as the project’s life safety and code consultant, KEITH as the landscape architect and civil engineer, and Luseo Engineering as the MEP engineer. The mat foundation is now complete for 501First Residences, a 40-story residential tower at 501 Northeast 1st Avenue in the vibrant heart of Downtown Miami, developed by Aria Development Group and AQARAT. The successful execution of this momentous milestone was a collaborative effort involving general contractor Beauchamp Construction, alongside the project’s shell contractor, JGR Construction, concrete contractor, US American Concrete, and concrete materials from Titan America. This tremendous endeavor spanned an impressive 10 hours, commencing on Friday, June 30, at midnight. A continuous rotation of 170 cement trucks meticulously laid an astounding 1,700 cubic yards of concrete, signifying an exhilarating advancement in the construction progress.
