Miami-based real estate development firm BGI Companies has appointed Moss Construction as the construction management firm to complete Alba Palm Beach, a 22-story, 262-foot residential building at 4714 North Flagler Drive directly on the Intracoastal waterways in the emerging Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners with Schmidt Nichols as the landscape architect and developed in partnership with Blue Road, Alba Palm Beach is set to deliver a boutique collection of 55 luxury residences by 2025; units are priced from $3 million and are currently 45 percent sold.

Palm Beach billionaire Jeff Greene is advancing plans for a high-end condominium project situated across from the waterfront Currie Park in West Palm Beach. The city’s Planning Board is slated to review the project, crafted by the esteemed Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron in partnership with the local Spina O’Rourke + Partners and Enea Garden Design for landscape architecture. The review of the application for the 4.5-acre site at 2175 North Flagler Drive is on the agenda for December 19. The currently vacant site is held by 6622 Hollywood Boulevard Partner LP and 920 N.
