The Palm Beach, Florida-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban has announced plans for The Island at West Bay Club, a 24-story tower located at 22050 South Tamiami Trail in Estero, Florida, within the West Bay Club community on Florida’s Paradise Coast. Designed by Garcia Stromberg Architects, this tower will feature 86 residences, each offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and West Bay Club’s championship golf course. In addition, the development will include a variety of signature resort-style amenities designed to provide world-class living within the comforts of a close-knit community. Suffolk Construction is the general contractor, and Compass Realty handles sales and marketing.

The 163-foot-tall structure would include 77 multifamily residential units and 1,682 square feet of commercial space. The developing entity is 730 NE 4th Avenue LLC – an affiliate of West Long Branch, NJ-based entities Albo Group, LLC, and TRL PROPERTY USA LLC, with MODE Architects as the architect. Flynn Engineering Services, P.A., serves as the civil engineer/land planner, EcoPlan as the landscape architect, and DC Engineers as the traffic consultant.

After reaching a settlement agreement with city officials, the Apollo Cos. is moving forward with Oasis at Doral. The mixed-use project will rest on an 18-acre site. Per the South Florida Business Journal, the multi-building project would offer 630 multi-family units, with 40 percent (252 homes) set aside as workforce housing.
