JMorton Planning & Landscape Architecture currently has nine projects in the works. One of those projects, Polo Gardens, is intended to serve as a mixed-use development featuring both residential and commercial units.
Construction is imminent on Wynwood Haus, a new 20-story mixed-use tower proposed for 1765 North Miami Avenue in Miami’s urban core, just south of the Wynwood Arts District. Designed by Corwil Architects, the ground-up development is expected to rise to approximately 222-feet and yield up to 272,996 square feet of space. The property is bounded by NE 17th Terrace to the south and the Miami City Cemetery to the north on tax-advantaged land within Miami’s Opportunity Zone. TSG Group and Lineaire Group are the developers behind the project.
Sundy Village, once dubbed “Midtown Delray,” is coming to Palm Beach County, FL, sometime in 2023. Per the Construction Journal, the mixed-use development will host residential spaces, retailers, and hotels.
The Northbank River Walk along St. John’s River in Downtown Jacksonville is on the cusp of undergoing one of the greatest transformations the city has ever seen. Southeast Development Group has unveiled the master plan for their upcoming mixed-use mega project which calls for the redevelopment of 25-acres of city-owned land, adding 2.3 million square feet of new real estate assets within the Central Business District, with an estimated price tag of $1.1 billion.
Applications have been submitted to the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources seeking the approval for the development of a Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. Designed by URBN Design and developed by Naranja 5 LLC, the property is addressed as 26750 South Dixie Highway, near the intersection with SW 168th Street in Naranja. The proposal calls for the construction of a 2,780-square-foot commercial building with a drive-thru on a 0.84-acre parcel of land.
