Plans have been filed for modifications on One Biscayne Tower, an existing 40-story office building at 2 South Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Completed in 1973, this 982,578-square-foot high-rise stands approximately 443 feet and occupies the entire western frontage on Biscayne Boulevard between East Flagler Street and Southeast 1st Street, across the street from Bayfront Park. Miami-based CP Group is the property owner and applicant behind the proposal, and architecture firm MKDA has been tapped to redesign the section of the building in scope.
Residence 23 is unfolding in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The 36-story tower will require more than 700,000 square feet, comprising 369 apartments. It will rest on a build site measuring 1.65 acres, with the developer having purchased the build site for $30.65 million in 2022.
Plans have been fully revealed for One Brickell Riverfront, a 1,160,588-square-foot mixed-use development at 99 Southwest 7th Street south of the Miami River in Brickell. The proposal consists of two towers, one of which is the recently-ground-broken 44-story Lofty Brickell, and a second tower of 43 stories. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Newgard Development Group, the project would yield 784 residential units, ground floor retail space, 13,170 square feet of office space, and 919 parking spaces.
Redwood National Properties has officially broken ground on a new residential venture in Opa-Locka, Florida. Dubbed “Mosaic,” the 98-unit development will measure five stories and rest on a 2.1-acre build site.
A Miami-based developer plans a 20-story luxury condo tower named Ocean Harbor between the Intracoastal Waterway and Harbor Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Arquitectonica with EcoPlan, Inc. as the landscape architect and Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. as the civil engineer, the 240-foot-tall structure would yield 36 residential units and 108 parking spaces. The developer’s identity is masked by Ocean Harbor Properties, LLC, which according to records, does not list any individuals as managers or members and has AGI Registered Agents, Inc. as the registered agent. Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee will consider plans on February 14 for Ocean Harbor, located at 3019 Harbor Drive near Seabreeze Boulevard/Florida State Road A1A.
