Developers 2151 Development Group and 2020 Acquisitions received conditional use approval from the City Commission to move forward with Tal Aventura, a 26-story boutique residential tower planned for 2785 Northeast 183rd Street near Maule Lake in Aventura, Florida. Designed by Miami-based IDEA Architects, the family-focused luxury condominium development will yield 86 residential units with a majority ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 square feet plus expansive lanai and penthouse units over 6,000 square feet. Residents will have access to over 50,000 square feet of green spaces and amenities including a gym, a coffee/juice bar, a toddler playroom, a yoga studio, a splash pad, a basketball/pickleball court, and a pool.

JDS Development Seeks General Site Development Plan Approval From County Planners For 81-Story Mixed-Use Supertall 888 Brickell

Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources will consider the general site development plan resubmitted for 888, an 81-story supertall mixed-use skyscraper propped for 888 Brickell Avenue in the heart of Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Designed by Studio Sofield with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record and solely developed by Michael Stern’s JDS Development Group, the 1,048-foot-tall structure is planned to provide 1,178,568 square feet of space including 259 residential units, 52,144 square feet of health/fitness, 38,727 square feet of food and beverage, and 273 parking spaces operated by a valet. The application is pursuant to Section 33C-15 of the County Code of Ordinances for the Property, filed on October 4, 2022.

Updated Renderings Revealed For 404 NW1 Condominiums In Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale

New York-based INOA Architecture released updated renderings for 404NW1 Condominiums, a 9-story residential building proposed for 404 Northwest 1st Avenue in Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale. Designed alongside locally-based Peacock Architects as the architect of record and developed by Brooklyn-based New Leaf Development, the approximate 128-foot-tall structure is planned to contain 85,505 square feet of space including 25 condominium units, ground floor retail, and a parking garage. Andres Montero Landscape Architecture designed the landscaping surrounding the development, which is located adjacent to Northwest 4th Street, just north of the Downtown corridor.
