Connecticut-based Belpointe is working on an apartment complex in St. Petersburg, FL. The project, which our sources have called “Viv,” will comprise two 15-story towers. Together, they will offer 269 studio to three-bedroom homes.

The project’s design is intended to foster a dynamic intersection of arts, education, business, and community. Throughout the 18-month design process, which will involve detailed refinement, ideation, and the cultivation of partnerships, The Center aims to amplify its reach well beyond South Florida, positioning itself as a model for future international projects.
Jacksonville-based Ability Housing has plans for an affordable housing complex in the city’s west side. Village at Cedar Hills will offer a total of 90 units spread across three three-story buildings. Each building will require 32,568 square feet of new construction.
Foundation pouring is complete on the site of Okan Tower, a 70-story mixed-use skyscraper under construction at 555 North Miami Avenue in downtown Miami. International property developer Okan Group recently celebrated this significant milestone for their highly anticipated development, which is set to become the area’s next major mixed-use megaplex. The 36-hour continuous pour began on Friday, March 29, and was expertly managed by general contractor Jacob Companies in a joint venture with Okan Construction.
Construction could start on Palma Miami Beach Residences later this year. The 14-story condo would comprise 126 furnished units, with most one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans measuring 405 to 886 square feet.
