Refined Design Revealed For 17-Story Tower At 5333 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach

A 17-story condominium tower planned for 5333 Collins Avenue has been resubmitted to the Design Review Board of Miami Beach in response to comments made on the last review of the design proposal back in October. Designed by OMA New York with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record, the 213-foot-tall structure has been slightly scaled down in mass and received several refinements on the exterior. The project is being developed by 5333 Collins Acquisitions LLC, an entity owned by real estate developer Mast Capital, and is expected to yield 100 residential units, 183 parking spaces, and over 25,000 square feet of amenities.

Updated Design Revealed For 3900 Alton Road, Bayshore, Miami Beach

In a response to comments made by staff at the Design Review Board meeting on October 5th, refinements have been made to the design for 3900 Alton Road, a modern curvilinear 8-story residential tower proposed to rise in Bayshore, Miami Beach. The project is designed by internationally-acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica for M 4000 Alton Owner, LLC, an entity linked to Miami-based real estate developer Mast Capital, with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect. The development is projected to span 198,490 square feet of new construction with 178 residential units and 254 parking spaces. Today, we will take a look at the updated design for the building’s elevations and upgraded materials.

Related Group Seeks Approval To Increase Miami Station Tower To 539-Feet In Overtown

The Federal Aviation Administration has received applications for Miami Station, a 41-story mixed-use building planned for 525 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Overtown District. The tower has been submitted seeking approvals to rise 539-feet, or 546-feet above sea level, a significant increase from the previously reported 459-feet seen in the most recent UDRB application. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design and developed by the Related Group, the project is expected to yield 752,859 square feet including 200,234 square feet of office space, 309 residential units, 8,508 square feet of retail space and a parking garage for 510 vehicles. The FAA application was filed on November 9, 2021.

The Gallery At West Brickell Is Approved To Rise 305-Feet At 201 SW 10th Street

The Federal Aviation Administration has granted height approvals for The Gallery at West Brickell, a 29-story mixed-use project planned for 201 Southwest 10th Street in West Brickell, Miami. Designed by CM Design & Development and developed by Miami-based Related Group along with Miami-Dade County, the project will rise 305-feet, or 321-feet above sea level at the northwest corner of Southwest 2nd Avenue and Southwest 10th Street. Plans for the project include 465 income-restricted residential units, 2,238 square feet of office space, 2,338 square feet of retail and up to 529 parking spaces.

Orlando to Get First Free-Standing Hospice at 51 West Kaley Street, Orlando, FL, 32806

The Ritz Sagamore Redevelopment Project Seeks Approval In South Beach

An application has been filed requesting approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the design, restoration, and new construction at the Ritz-Sagamore project in South Beach, which involves the redevelopment of the historic Sagamore Hotel at 1671 Collins Avenue and unification with the adjacent Ritz Carlton property at 1669 Collins Avenue and 1 Lincoln Road. Designed by Kobi Karp and being collectively developed between Di Lido Beach Hotel Corp, EBJ Sagamore LLC, Lionstone Di Lido Retail Lessor LLC, Di Lido Beach Resort LLC, and Sobe Sky Development LLC, a new 200-foot-tall, cantilevering 17-story residential tower would be constructed facing the oceanfront behind the Sagamore. Canada-based Studio Munge is listed as the interior designer, and Naturalficial as the landscape architect.

252-Room Hilton Hotel & Resort to Start Construction in Jacksonville, FL, Duval County

Tate Capital Proposes A 20-Story Tower With 360 Units Designed By Kobi Karp In North Miami

The Planning Commission of the City of North Miami recently reviewed proposals from developer Tate Capital for a new 736,065-square-foot mixed-use project known as Allure North Miami at 1810 Northeast 146th Street. Plans call for the construction of a 20-story building with an adjacent 7-story garage connected via a pedestrian bridge designed by Kobi Karp. The development sites are located in between Northeast 143rd and 146th Streets along Northeast 18th Avenue, within walking distance to Dezerland Park Miami. Allure North Miami is planned rise 220-feet, yielding 360 residential units with 8,429 square feet of retail and 603 parking spaces.
