Applications have been filed to Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources seeking the approval for the construction of a 278-unit residential community in Unincorporated County 33032, recognized as the Princeton Community Urban Center. Developed by Windmill Farm Associates, LLC and designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, the proposal is intended to be built on approximately 9.8-acres of land currently used for agricultural purposes.
