Construction is ongoing on Shoppes of Bougainvillea Phase II. The one-story shopping center began construction back in November 2020. The venture has been in the works since 2017, according to the Port Saint Lucie City Council. Comprising 12,690 square feet of new construction, the venture intends to bring in more tax revenue, as well as create new jobs.

Tampa’s Planning and Development Department is currently in the process of reviewing proposals for the tentatively-named Tampa Heights, a 7-story mixed-use development being developed by Lc Heights Jv LLC located at 1701 North Florida Avenue. The subject property is a 2.45 acre assemblage that comprises a single city block at the southeast corner of N. Florida Avenue and Oak Avenue in the Tampa Heights Historic District. Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects with Kimley-Horn as the engineering consultant, the project will yield 320 dwelling units, 11,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space and up to 350 parking spaces.
Surfside Land LLC is in the process of completing its first project, Surfside Quadraplex. It’s estimated to cost anywhere from $1 million to $5 million to build, according to the Construction Journal.
Wynwood’s Design Review Committee has received an application proposing to repurpose an existing single story retail building located at 2545 Northwest 3rd Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The projected is titled Billionaire Boys Club according to the filing, which will be an adaptive reuse single-story retail building featuring architectural designs and alterations by MKDA Florida. LERNER 2545 NW 3RD AVE LLC, a subsidiary of Lerner Family Properties, is listed as the owner of the application.
