In 2021, the owners of the Homestead-Miami Speedway had sold about 34 acres of its property to Amazon. The $43.4 million warehouse could near completion by the end of this year––or even sooner.
Palm Beach-based real estate investment firm Frisbie Group and global real estate development firm Hines have officially unveiled South Flagler House, a two-towered 27-story residential development planned to rise at 1315 and 1401 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), it will be the globally renowned architecture firm’s first luxury residential high-rise in Florida; global design firm Stantec will serve as the architect of record. One of the country’s top agents, Suzanne Frisbie, along with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will exclusively lead sales and marketing. Sales are expected to launch later this year.
Shoreline Villas is expected to end construction in late 2022, offering affordable housing for people 62 years and older. According to the Housing Trust Group, LLC (the development’s owner), rent will range from about $480 to $1,053 a month. Residents who qualify will make “at or below 33 and 60 percent of the area median income.”
Mast Capital makes headway at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) with two of three planned mixed-use skyscrapers for a 2.6-million-square-foot development at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, Miami’s financial district. The 2.76-acre site is generally located within the confines of South Miami Avenue, Southwest 14th Terrace, Southwest 1st Avenue and Southwest 14th Street. World-renown international architecture firm Arquitectonica is the architect, and ArquitectonicaGEO will handle landscaping.
Ambienta Bay Harbor Island is currently unfolding in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The multi-million-dollar project broke ground earlier in 2021, with Ambienta Developers LLC operating as the owner and general contractor.
