Revised plans have been filed for the mixed-use supertall tower planned by Citadel at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. The project, which is progressing through Miami-Dade County’s Rapid Transit Zoning review process, was initially submitted in October 2024, with updated filings made in late March 2025.
Greystar, in partnership with Griffin Capital, has started construction on a multi-family housing development in St. Petersburg. The Henry at Whitney Village will measure five stories above grade, offering 325 apartments. Floorplans will span studio to three-bedroom units.
