Skanska has completed construction of Marina Club Apartments, a 400-unit mixed-use residential community at 4341 34th Street South in St. Petersburg’s Skyway Marina District. The project was developed by Allied Group Holdings, led by Jack Dougherty, with design by Architectonics Studio Inc.

Aventura-based Gamla Cedron Group is proceeding with the redevelopment of the Centralis Residences Miami, an eight-story community completed in 2023.

The NRP Group has announced the completion and grand opening of Adria and Maren, two newly delivered residential communities totaling 665 units at 604 and 526 Vistera Boulevard in Venice, Florida. The developments were designed by Slocum Platts Architects and introduce a range of multifamily housing options inspired by the region’s coastal and Mediterranean architectural character.

Centennial Bank has closed a $34.6 million construction loan for the development of a custom waterfront residence in Gables Estates, a gated community in Coral Gables where estate values rank among the highest in South Florida. The project is led by a joint venture between The Boschetti Group and CMA Homes, founded by designer Cesar Molina, principal of CMA Design Studio Inc. Insignia Construction Company, an affiliate of The Boschetti Group, is serving as the general contractor.

Bentley Residences Miami has reached a record-setting construction milestone with the completion of the largest residential mat foundation pour in Florida, supporting the 716 foot tower underway at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Dezer Development is leading the project in partnership with Bentley Motors, while Coastal Construction serves as general contractor and Sieger Suarez Architects as architect of record. The development will comprise 216 residences with delivery planned for 2028.
