Design For 271-Unit ‘Harborside At Hidden Harbour’ Under Review In Pompano Beach

The Architectural Appearance Committee of Pompano Beach will review renderings and design proposals for Haborside at Hidden Harbour, two 8-story mixed-use buildings wrapping around the southeast corner of North Federal Highway and Northeast 16th Street near Pompano Beach Airport. Designed by MSA Architects for for Palm Beach Gardens-based developer Southern Marinas, the development will yield 536,337 square feet of space including 271 residential units, 13,539 square feet of commercial/retail space and 512 parking spaces. The property is located on the western end of the Caliban Canal, also known as the Hidden Harbour Marina, and approximately addressed as 1530 North Federal Highway.

Trammell Crow Residential’s 250-Unit Alexan Miramar Approved For 3100 SW 145th Avenue In Broward County

The City Commission of Miramar has approved rezoning efforts from Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential, which rezones two parcels of land totaling 17.16 acres located on the northwest corner of Miramar Parkway and Southwest 145th Avenue in Broward County. First reported by The Real Deal, the Commission unanimously voted to rezone the development site from Community Business (B2) to Mixed-Use Low (ML), that of which includes an existing 4-story office building and the 9-acre section of land that the developer intendeds to improve with two 6-story residential buildings called the Alexan Miramar.

Permits Reactivated For Second Tower Behind Caoba At Miami World Center Block G

The second tower originally proposed for Block G at Miami Worldcenter just might go vertical relatively soon. New construction permits initially fully approved in 2018 by the Department of Buildings were reactivated on September 1, 2021 for 697 North Miami Avenue, a 40-story mixed-use tower planned to rise 413-feet in the Park West neighborhood of Downtown Miami. Designed by CFE & Associates Architects and developed by Los Angeles-based CIM Group, the building is projecting to yield 473,330 square feet of new construction including 411 residential units and 4,103 square feet of ground floor retail.
