Dependable Equities has introduced two residential offerings at Ombelle Fort Lauderdale, a two tower development at 300 Northeast 3rd Avenue in Flagler Village. Designed by ODA, the project will stand 44 stories and is expected to be completed in 2028. The newly announced Tower Collection and Flagler Collection expand the range of layouts available within the condominium.
