A Florida-based developer has plans for an affordable housing development that would replace a shuttered Chase bank in Miami Beach.

Dependable Equities has introduced two residential offerings at Ombelle Fort Lauderdale, a two tower development at 300 Northeast 3rd Avenue in Flagler Village. Designed by ODA, the project will stand 44 stories and is expected to be completed in 2028. The newly announced Tower Collection and Flagler Collection expand the range of layouts available within the condominium.

Developer Bear Atlantic Group (BAG) intends to move forward with a multi-family housing development in Miami-Dade County. If approved, the venture, called “Homestead Commons,” would replace an 11,356-square-foot church.

South Flagler House has topped out at 28 stories, marking a major construction milestone for the luxury condominium development underway at 1355 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The project is led by Related Ross and designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects with interiors by Pembrooke & Ives. Vertical construction began one year ago, and the event was commemorated with a private ceremony attended by executives, project partners, local officials, and members of the brokerage community.
