The end of 2023 could see the completion of Central Park Food Hall, a five-story venture in St. Petersburg, FL. Construction on the 27,700-square-foot development started in November 2021. Initially, the project was to measure three stories, slated to finish construction in 2022.
LCOR, a leading real estate development and investment firm, has revealed the first details of its newest full-service rental development, located at 1775 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, Miami. Designed by ODP Architecture & Design with KAS designing interiors, the development will create 544 new premium rental residences, 50,000 square feet of amenity space, a 628-space onsite parking garage, and over 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The proposed 42-story development, dubbed 1775 Biscayne, was recently submitted to the Miami Urban Development Review Board (UDRB).
Our sources point to an exciting venture emerging in downtown St. Petersburg. Reflection is an 18-story residential tower offering more than 80 residences. Per the venture’s website, there are eight unique floorplans to choose from, ranging from 1,168 square feet to 2,285 square feet each.

Awarded by IWBI, the certification celebrates Water Street Tampa’s successful, strategic integration of design and policy decisions that promote health and well-being across all aspects of the neighborhood. Leading to this certification, Water Street Tampa was the first neighborhood in the world to pilot the WELL Community Standard in 2017.
Castille Urbana is currently under construction in Saint Petersburg, Florida. The five-story complex will offer 40 condos, ranging from two-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The venture’s website reports that there are six floorplans to choose from, each named after a different part of Italy. They’re called Gardena, Lucano, Sovana, Bormio, Adage, and Capri.
