The developers of AKAI Estates have announced a partnership with FTX US, a leading U.S.-regulated cryptocurrency platform, as the sole platform handling cryptocurrency conversions for the residential transactions within their collection of 16 signature luxury homes in Southwest Ranches. This announcement represents FTX US’s first partnership with a single-family home developer, further establishing AKAI Estates as a trailblazer development in today’s real estate industry and FTX US as an innovator in the cryptocurrency financial services space.
Soon, two single-family homes could be demolished to make way for a seven-story residential building in Hollywood, Florida. The $8 million venture will comprise more than 48,000 square feet of new construction and offer 53 homes.

The property was purchased by 61 NE 9TH STREET LLC, an entity linked to RPC, for $4,450,000 from SIN BIN INC Given the impressive demand for preventative medicine and wellness, Dan Kodsi and his team are catering to the demand through expanding the center by 60%. The original plans called for 100,000 square feet of space, and will now span 160,000 square feet.
PulteGroup, Inc. has revealed plans for two new communities in Orlando, Florida. The first community, named “the Cove at Nona Sound,” will comprise townhomes measuring 1,652 square feet to 1,858 square feet. The neighboring community, “the Estates at Nona Sound,” will be a gated community offering homes measuring about 1,900 square feet to 5,300 square feet each.
Marina Pointe in Tampa is launching sales of its second condominium tower. Designed by Kobi Karp Architects and developed by Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners, the high rise will be home to 157 luxury condos with mesmerizing views of Tampa Bay and the St. Pete skyline, located within the 52-acre Westshore Marina District off Westshore and Gandy Boulevards on Old Tampa Bay across from St. Petersburg. Residences range from 1,200 square feet to penthouses over 2,000 square feet and offer a variety of floor plans, ranging from one to four bedrooms.The announcement comes as the last remaining condos in Tower One, scheduled for completion later this year, are sold.
