As it stands right now, St. Anthony’s Hospital is a 90-year-old healthcare facility that specializes in behavioral health, oncology, cardiology, and a host of other fields. Yet, a $150 million project seeks to expand the hospital’s capacity.
The Design Review Board of Miami Beach will soon review proposals for a new multifamily residential tower. The building is proposed to rise 3-stories and nearly 40-feet-tall, addressed as 800 84th Street situated between Hawthorn Avenue to the west and Crespi Boulevard to the east in the Biscayne Point section of North Beach (Nobe). Four residences will be constructed, designed by Eduardo A. Pardo-Fernandez of CDS Architecture and Planning. A Delaware-based entity known as 6BM LLC is listed as the owner of the applications.
Miramar Park Place is close to completion. The Construction Journal reports that construction began on the endeavor in January 2021 and will conclude later in September 2021. The project cost $20.3 million.
Chicago-based Fifield Realty Corp has filed plans to develop a 210-unit mixed-use project in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The development is planned to rise 92-feet spanning 8 floors at 45 Northeast 27th Street, nestled in between North Miami Avenue and Brightline train tracks with frontage on Northeast 28th Street to the north. MSA Architects is listed as the architect for the building with Architectural Alliance Landscape responsible for landscaping. Officially named Wynwood Station, plans call for 331,846 square feet of space including 11,576 square feet of ground floor retail, 27,486 square feet of amenities and a parking garage for 283 vehicles.
A $27 million multifamily housing complex is undergoing construction in Winter Haven, FL. RainDance Luxury Apartments is a six-story development that will comprise 105 units.
