City Village is a mixed-use venture headed for Coral Springs, Florida. The project was previously dubbed “Village Square.” Sources report that the project will mostly comprise retail ventures and apartments. City Village will rest on 12.8 acres and span two blocks.
JMH Development has revealed new renderings for Twenty-Nine Indian Creek, a landmark, 7-story residential project located at 2901 Indian Creek Drive in Miami Beach’s sought-after Faena District. Designed by Urban Robot Associates, the project comprises only 11 residences with stunning views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. Twenty-Nine Indian Creek is set to break ground in Spring 2023, and completion is expected by Q1 2025. Thornton Construction Company Inc. will serve as the general contractor.
Legacy Groves is an emerging residential development in Nokomis, Florida. SRQ Magazine reports that the community will comprise 138 homes, including single-family homes and twin villas. Villas start at $400,000, while the single-family households start at $500,000s.
New York-based Westpine Partners has applied for building permits with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and has requested an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) with Miami-Dade County planners for Westpine, a 42-story mixed-use project located at 180 Southwest 9th Street on the western side of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The FAA filing shows the developer seeks permission to build a 499-foot-tall structure. The application for ASPR indicates the building would comprise 327,837 square feet of space, including 328 residential units, a ground-floor retail space of roughly 1,155 square feet, approximately 13,850 square feet of open space, and 300 parking spots, all in compliance with the development standards of the Rapid Transit Zone in the Metromover Subzone. Behar Font & Partners is the architect, and Walk Landscape + Urban Design is the landscape architect.
Sycamore Orlando Resort’s first phase is nearing completion in Central Florida. The upscale luxury apartments range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom suites. The resort itself will comprise six seven-story towers, with eight to 10 units on each floor.
