Miami Springs Town Center is undergoing construction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The mixed-use venture will offer 51 apartments, ranging from 975 square feet to 1,075 square feet each. MiamiSprings.com notes that rent starts at $2,495 a month for a two-bedroom unit.
The Monaco Yacht Club & Residences, a new nautically-themed, 12-story boutique bayfront residential building and private marina, has received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO), signaling the start of closings. The 137-foot-tall development is located at 6800 Indian Creek Drive in the North Beach section of Miami Beach, bound by Biscayne Bay on the west. Designed by world-renown architect Arquitectonica and developed by Optimum Asset Management USA, the European-style property yields just 39 luxurious waterfront residences delivered filly finished with curated interiors by esteemed architect Piero Lissoni. Sales and marketing is being handled by Fortune International Sales, with units priced from $1.1 million.
The Alibi at Lake Lily is slated for Ocoee, Florida. The multi-million-dollar residential venture will offer 410 homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes. Per Rebusiness Online, plans call for 24 studios, 156 one-bedroom homes, 186 two-bedroom units, and 44 three-bedroom homes.
Coastal Construction has broken ground on the Arts and Entertainment Residences (AER), a 31-story luxury apartment tower in Downtown Tampa. Designed by Cube3 Architects and developed by American Land Ventures and Gazit Horizons, the 346-foot-tall high rise will be located at 300 West Tyler Street, across from the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, offering immediate access to the city’s cultural institutions while providing scenic city and river views to its residents. There will be 334 residential units available in eleven distinctive studio, one, two and three-bedroom floor plans intentionally and carefully designed to meet the demand of the Downtown Tampa luxury rental market, and a separate structure with 13,688 square feet of ground-level retail space and 514-space parking garage above the shops.
Contrary to what the name suggests, Kentucky Square isn’t headed for the Bluegrass State. Instead, it’s a 149-home housing development coming to Sanford, Florida. The project has already been approved.
