Coastal Construction has broken ground on the Arts and Entertainment Residences (AER), a 31-story luxury apartment tower in Downtown Tampa. Designed by Cube3 Architects and developed by American Land Ventures and Gazit Horizons, the 346-foot-tall high rise will be located at 300 West Tyler Street, across from the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, offering immediate access to the city’s cultural institutions while providing scenic city and river views to its residents.
