Nearly three years after securing approval for NoMi Square, Integra Investments is one step closer to breaking ground, thanks to a $65 million construction loan.
Construction has topped off on The Nora Hotel, a five-story, 201-key boutique hospitality development underway in the emerging Nora District of West Palm Beach. The project is being developed by BD Hotels and Sean MacPherson, in collaboration with NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock Street Capital. Slated for completion in late 2026, the hotel marks BD Hotels’ first ground-up project outside of New York City.
Construction is “progressing rapidly” on a European-inspired hotel in St. Augustine. Asante Asset Management intends to unveil AC Hotel St. Augustine by Marriott at the end of this year.
Prosper Group and Forte Development have submitted a pre-application for an 80-story mixed-use tower at 1040 South Miami Avenue in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The proposal, filed under Miami-Dade County’s Rapid Transit Zone (RTZ) program, outlines plans for a 945-foot-tall structure comprising residential, hotel, and retail components. The site, previously earmarked for a Virgin Hotel project, is located approximately one block from the Brickell Metromover station.
