NoMi Square, a 342-unit mixed-use multifamily and workforce housing development, has broken ground at 13855 NW 17th Avenue in North Miami. The seven-story project is being developed by Integra Investments through a public-private partnership with the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (NMCRA), and is backed by a $65 million construction loan from Banco do Brasil Americas. Total investment in the development is expected to exceed $100 million.

Construction financing has been secured for Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, a forthcoming 28-story oceanfront condominium tower poised to rise along the Broward County coastline. The $160 million loan was issued by Bank OZK to support the project’s vertical construction. The development is being led by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures in collaboration with hospitality brand Hilton, which will oversee residential operations under the Waldorf Astoria name.

Vertical construction is now underway at Forté Luxe, a boutique luxury waterfront residential development rising at 12450 Crystal Cove Place in Jupiter, Florida. Designed by Alfonso Jurado Architecture, the project is being developed by Forté Development and will yield 15 multi-level residences along a peninsula site bounded by the Intracoastal Waterway on three sides.

Miami Development Fund LLC has revised its plans for a multi-family project in Miami-Dade County. Initial plans in 2022 called for a 12-story, mixed-use tower with 320 residences, along with office and retail space.
