Prosper Group, a Miami-based real estate firm led by Jay Roberts, has announced a joint venture with Belgium’s Versluys Group, one of Europe’s leading luxury property developers, to deliver a $650 million ultra-luxury waterfront residential tower on the Miami River in Brickell. The collaboration marks Versluys Group’s official entry into the United States market.
KETTLER, a real estate investor, developer, and property management company, has announced the names of three new buildings underway at Gasworx in Tampa’s Ybor City. The developments, named The Luisa, Olivette, and The Stevedore, are part of Gasworx, a six-million-square-foot mixed-use district that continues to expand near Downtown Tampa.

Designed by Arquitectónica and developed by Two Roads Development, the project is steadily climbing as the reinforced concrete superstructure rises through its podium levels. Coastal Construction serves as the general contractor.
Three developers are moving forward with the multi-million-dollar redevelopment of The Quay on 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale. The new venture, dubbed “The Quay,” is planned to rise 33 stories above grade and comprise both residential and commercial aspects.
