ANF Group, Inc. recently celebrated the topping out of the first phase of Southpointe Vista, a two-phase affordable housing development developed by McDowell Housing Partners located at Southwest 117th Court and Southwest 214th Street in Miami-Dade County’s Goulds community. This phase introduces a 10-story high-rise reserved for those earning up to 70% of the area median income, featuring 124 affordable units comprising 91 one-bedrooms, 25 two-bedrooms, and eight 3-bedrooms. A two-story parking garage, connected by a skybridge, includes 196 spaces and 18 electric vehicle charging stations. Amenities encompass community rooms, laundry facilities, a cybercafé, a fitness room, a rooftop terrace, and on-site management offices.
Miami-based Ricadri Group, headed by Adriana S. Guerrero, has filed plans for an 8-story multifamily project in Goulds, Miami-Dade County. Designed by PPKS Architecture, the development would comprise roughly 110,037 square feet of space, including 90 multifamily units, commercial space, and 129 parking spaces. The project is proposed on a 2.61-acre site at 21300 and 21320 SW 112th Avenue, minutes from Southland Mall in Cutler Bay.
New plans submitted to Miami-Dade County for an Administrative Site Plan Review reveal Taurus Development Group LLC’s proposal to develop a multi-family residential building in the Goulds Community Urban Center District (GCUC), designed by Conconcreto Designs LLC as the architect, structural engineer, and MEP engineer, and Fecttech Consult, LLC as the civil engineer. The development site is situated at the southwest corner of Southwest 218th Street and Southwest 120th Ave intersection, within the Center Sub-District of the GCUC. The vision for the project is an 8-story, 28-unit apartment building with a ground-floor parking garage and additional on-street parking.
Taurus Development Group LLC has revealed plans to develop a residential project on vacant land at 21800 Southwest 120th Avenue in Goulds, Miami-Dade County. Designed by Conconcreto Designs LLC, which also serves as the structural and mechanical engineer, with Fecttech Consult LLC as the civil engineer, the project is proposed to rise to 8 stories containing 28 dwelling units and a ground-floor parking garage with additional on-street parking. If approved by Miami-Dade County planners, the new building will top out at approximately 94 feet, comprise 43,676 square feet of new construction, and take on the Barcelona Tower moniker.
